For Senior Leaders and Their Organizations

More capacity to lead.

We help senior leaders increase their capacity through experienced executive support and direct advisory work.

Whether you need an assistant working alongside you or want to make better use of the support you already have, we help you put the right people and ways of working in place.

New client engagements begin January 2027.

What We Do

Two ways we help.

Executive Support

The right support changes everything.

An experienced assistant changes how much a leader can carry.

We match senior leaders with assistants who understand executive work, and the assistant supports you on an ongoing basis under contract with BROCK.

You are not running a search or taking on a hire. We handle the matching and stay with the working relationship as it develops.

Executive Advisory

Sometimes you need a different perspective.

Not every capacity problem requires another hire.

Sometimes the answer is better delegation, more effective leadership meetings, clearer responsibilities, or a different way of managing the work around you.

Work directly with Rachel Brock to find what's getting in the way and make practical changes that give you more room to lead.

Executive Support

The right assistant changes what you're able to do.

An experienced assistant can take real work off your hands and keep it moving without being asked twice. We match senior leaders and their organizations with that person, and we stay involved while the working relationship takes shape.

How the support is structured

The assistant works with you on an ongoing basis under contract with BROCK. You are not hiring an employee and you are not running a search. We handle the matching, stay in contact with both sides, and remain the place to go if something needs to change.

What the right support gives you
How it works
1

Understand the role

We learn what you need handled day to day, how you prefer to work, and what kind of person fits.

2

Find the right fit

We identify an assistant whose experience and strengths align with your needs.

3

Build a strong working relationship

We help establish clear expectations, responsibilities, and ways of working.

4

Stay with it

The engagement continues. We stay in contact with both sides as the role develops and the work changes.

If the fit is right and you later want to bring your assistant onto your own team, there is a structured way to make that transition. We work out the details when the time comes.

Leading a church, ministry, or Christian nonprofit?

That work is served by Ministry Desk, our established company for ministries and Christian organizations. If that's where you sit, it's the right place to start.

When the answer isn't another hire, this is the work.
